Processing Times:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: (Subject to Change)
Shipping charges for your order are a set flat rate calculated using the average shipping rate to your region based on size and weight. Shipping method and carrier is internally selected based on the most advantages factors. Due to this, delivery could be as fast as one day or as slow as 8 days. Typically, delivery should take 2-4 days after your order is processed.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high volume.
Shipping Carriers:
We primarily use a variety of major carriers for domestic shipments. In some cases, we may use regional carriers to ensure faster delivery.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship only within the continental United States. Due to regulations, we cannot ship certain products to specific states or territories. Energy drinks and liquid items may be subject to carrier or legal restrictions.
Damages:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer replacement or refund options as appropriate.
